Paramount Building Solutions is seeking cleaning professionals.

Please note this is a temporary position.

Schedule is

Monday-Wednesday: 4pm-8pm

Saturday and Sunday: 12:30 pm-9:00 pm

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Experience as a janitor/custodian is a plus
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently

Must pass all E-Verify, criminal background checks, and meet hiring requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Limpiar y abastecer las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, pasar la aspiradora, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.)
• Realizar tareas de limpieza y proyectos especiales
• Notificar a la gerencia de las deficiencias que ocurren o las necesidades de reparaciones.
• Almacene y mantenga las salas de suministros
• Coopere con el resto del personal
• Siga todas las normas de salud y seguridad.

Habilidades

• La experiencia como conserje / conserje es una ventaja
• Capacidad para manejar equipos y maquinaria de limpieza.
• Conocimiento de productos y suministros de limpieza.
• Familiaridad con las hojas de datos de seguridad de materiales
• Integridad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente

Debe aprobar todas las verificaciones de antecedentes penales de E-Verify y cumplir con los requisitos de contratación.
