• Complete and oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Payment collection from customers.
• Communicate with team members and customers on orders, deliveries, issues or concerns, and payment collection.
• Using parts lookup platforms (web and literature) to acquire desired parts for customers or service departments.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and converse in a professional manner to present customers.
• Review orders and backorders to verify quantities and pricing are correct.

Kansas City Peterbilt, Inc., founded in 1975 was the first and only locally owned Peterbilt dealership within a 100+ mile radius of Kansas City, Missouri. Purchased in 1986 by Leon Geis it remains the only locally owned Peterbilt dealership in the Kansas City region.Constantly expanding, and under the leadership of Chris Geis, Kansas City Peterbilt, Inc. now has locations in Kansas City, KS, Sedalia, MO and Bethany, MO.
