Cumberland International Trucks is a group of full-service commercial truck dealerships in middle TN & central FL, offering Parts, Service, New & Used Truck Sales, Leasing & Rental services. Seeking a performance-driven & upbeat Parts Phone Room Sales professional to join our growing team in sunny Jacksonville, FL. Come prepared with diesel parts knowledge, customer service experience- dealership experience is the cherry on top. *Earn up to $26/hour (based on experience) + no cap commission, excellent benefits, a world-class culture! Responsibilities include contacting customers & developing new business over the phone, using proper phone etiquette & sales skills to supply local business with the parts they need in a timely manner, quoting parts requests, checking parts inventory, & fulfilling parts orders as efficiently as possible.

• Drug screen & background check required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer parts or information requests quickly
• Recording information carefully and identifying needed parts using most efficient method
• Determining availability and price information and documenting this information as necessary
• Assisting other counterpersons with above tasks as possible
• Nurturing existing customer relationships and developing new business relationships

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, an awareness of others and an effective listening ability / Experience conducting business over the phone
• High School degree or equivalent required
• Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive or truck mechanics is preferred
• Parts department experience, particularly in a truck dealership or truck aftermarket environment is a plus
• Trade school education in Parts Operations or Transportation Technology is a plus
