As a Parts Warehouse Associate with Parts Knowledge, you will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:

Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and supplies. Ensure that all parts are properly labeled and stored in their designated location. Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship parts orders to customers. Ensure that all orders are accurate and shipped on time.

Customer Service: Assist customers with their parts needs. Answer questions about part availability, pricing, and compatibility. Provide technical advice and guidance as needed.

Technical Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications. This will allow you to assist customers with their specific needs and make recommendations for product upgrades or replacements.

Problem-Solving: Assist customers with complex or unusual parts needs, working to find creative solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following established procedures and guidelines. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred
• Knowledge of automotive or industrial parts required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs
• Proficient in computer skills including inventory management software.
