Brooklyn Chiropractic Studio is a holistic family adult and pediatric chiropractic studio owned by Dr. Megan Hondru (DC, CSP, CSCP) who has dedicated her career to helping people from infancy and beyond by continually attending advanced education. Through personalized chiropractic care, we treat each and every patient with the same love and care we would our own friends and family. All treatments and recommendations are based on your goals, our expertise, and our strong desire to empower individuals in our community to live to their best potential. The Role Logistics
We need office administrative, patient service, and day-to-day operational support in a variety of areas. Our objective is to find the right person, and create the ideal role for them/us so that we’re all doing what we love to do in support of our company goals.
This will be a full-time employee position, and we are offering a compensation range of $18 - $22/hour (depending on experience). There is a huge potential for growth with 30/60/90 day reviews, and a compensation review at 6 months based on performance.
This is for an in-person position at our office located in the vibrant Williamsburg, Brooklyn area (11249). We currently need shifts covered during the hours of:
Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 9:45 am - 6:45 pm
Tuesday: 12:00 pm - 6:45 pm
Friday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities and Areas of Need
Below is a list of areas where we have gaps and need your help, in priority order.
Bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest. Mega bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest AND experience AND they love what we do AND they can keep up with high performers.
Warmly welcome our patients at the front desk and check them in and out of their appointments following the complete patient check-lists.
Track and coordinate patient calendar, waitlist, and daily appointment schedule to make sure the doctor's time is honored, and patients are appropriately booked.
Organize and respond to daily customer communications using clear, empathetic, and patient-friendly language via email, phone, voicemail, and text message.
Coordinate with patients in person, over email, text, and online to schedule appointments, complete intake paperwork, print resource documents, and ensure they understand arrival times and cancellation policies.
Prepare the initial visit documents for each chiropractor (with links and notes), and any other support they need for their appointments
Sanitize the treatment rooms between patients (wipe down pillows, etc.)
Inventory, track, and order items for the office such as: physical products, office supplies, lunch, etc.
Tidy up the front desk, lobby waiting area (water station/watering plants), and other service areas throughout the day in order to maintain a welcoming and calm environment.
Occasionally book accommodations for chiropractors.
Create and/or maintain SOPs, employee handbook,checklists, and other documentation for clear communication and optimized processes.
Organize and oversee the basement treatment room rentals and bookings.
Organize the storage closet, decorate the basement treatment rooms, and other projects, as needed.

You are quick to pick up new tech and tools. We work in a variety of online tools and you will need to be able to use these with some basic training, including: Jane.app (EHR system), Google Suite (Docs, sheets, drive), Canva, and more.
