The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is the primary patient contact for all activities. The goal of this position is to maximize customer satisfaction through successful engagement with patient while managing expectations about HealthBeacon technology and services.
We are currently recruiting for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our teams in Dublin, Orlando
& Honolulu.
Responsibilities
- Answering patient queries or passing patients to another department.
- Arranging services for patients.
- Entering patient information into a computer database.
- Handling complaints or passing the patient to a manager.
- Providing feedback and contributing ideas and suggestions to support Continuous
Improvement.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the patient's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Report Adverse events as per relevant client requirements
- Report CAPA if necessary
- Become a HealthBeacon expert, which will allow you to best optimize clients’ usability and set them up for success.
- Keep records of patient interactions, process patient accounts and file documents
- Possibly work a rotating schedule at the weekends
Qualifications
- Proven customer support Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness
- You are confident speaking occasionally with unhappy patients and make it your mission to improve their experience
- Competent in Microsoft office; including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong team player with high level of personal initiative; able to prioritise and manage issues simultaneously
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Foster a culture of openness, compliance, innovation and best practice
- A ‘people person’ and a great communicator
- A problem solver
- Polite, pleasant, empathetic and patient
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $23.91 per hour
