Markson Chiropractic & Medical, a well-established high energy, high volume, multi-disciplinary located in a newly renovated 6300 square foot, state-of-the-art location in Plantation, Florida, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Functional, Integrative, and Regenerative Medical Practice.

What you will do:
  • Build and maintain patient relationships.
  • Participate in educating the patients while working with the clinicians as they report the findings of an exam and diagnostic imaging.
  • Deliver a financial breakdown of the overall Care Plan, along with helping patients to coordinate their schedules to arrive for the recommended.
  • Understand the patient’s needs and wants and help them overcome.
  • Acquire long-term, quality patients for the clinic by implementing proven lead conversion systems.
  • Work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

Performance Objectives:
  • Develop a connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes.
  • Perform an initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, the motivating factor that prompted the patient to look for help with their problem, and the functional goals of the patient.
  • Attend Team Meetings to report on the motivating factor that prompted the patient to look for help with their problem and the functional goals of the patient.
  • Create and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider's orders.
  • Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork.
  • Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan.
  • Execute patient follow-up calls.
  • Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during the care plan.

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of sales or management experience
  • Experience working in a private medical practice preferred.

Pay: $42,000 to $45,000 + Bonus
