Our dynamic General Dentistry Practice in the Westlake area is looking for a strong "people person" with at least 1 year experience successfully working within a dental team!
The Patient Coordinator is a full-time position at the heart of our dental practice! Our Patient Coordinator is the first and last to interact with our patients as they enter and exit the practice, so excellent customer service is a must. As part of our team, you must be a self-starter, with a positive, upbeat attitude, willing to accept positive coaching from others and an eagerness to be flexible within a growing practice.
We are looking for a team member that is organized, knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills and is willing to participate as an amazing team member! Experience with EagleSoft is a plus.
As the Patient Coordinator, some of the responsibilities of this awesome team member are:
- Meeting and greeting our patients (in person and on the phone!)
- Focusing on patient interactions with excellent customer service
- Scheduling our doctor and hygienist to a daily goal
- Presenting Treatment Plans and financial opportunities
- Filing dental insurance claims
- Willing to help break down Operatories when help is needed
- Willing to learn and help with dental instrument sterilization
