Patient Registrar - Full Time - Radiation Oncology

If you’re ready to play a key role in the care and caring of our patients, explore the following position:
Patient Registrars support the day-to-day operations of the Radiation Oncology team. Register patients for a variety of procedures and appointments, and feel the pride of going above and beyond to help others. In this role, you'll obtain demographic details and insurance information, and ensure proper scheduling. You'll record patient history while obtaining pre-certification and authorization for patients. Most importantly, you will be the reassuring presence for the patients' needs as they navigate their hospital experience.
This is a full-time, day shift position.

- Knowledge of health insurance benefits/requirements
- Energetic, approachable individuals with a desire to put patients first
Required Criteria
- At least 1 year of clerical experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal & written communication
