J&J Staffing Resources has teamed up with a local University to fill their needs for a Patient Service Representatives located in North Philadelphia.

In order to be considered a candidate, you MUST have NextGen and Navinet experience.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Insurance Verification (Use of Navient a MUST plus other insurance portals)
  • MUST have EHR experience- NextGen is a MUST
  • Comfortable talking on phones a MUST
  • Customer Service background especially in a call center a MUST
  • Customer focused
  • Team player
  • Able to use a computer effectively and navigate efficiently between many screens

Schedule will be either: 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, or 9am-6pm (based on departmental needs) and one late night a week (either Tuesday or Wednesday 11:30am-8:30pm). Saturdays could be added to the schedule in the Fall.

**All hours are subject to changed based on departmental needs**

Training will be 2-4 weeks long Monday-Friday (schedule not determined yet but will be one of the above)
