Voyager Home Healthcare (https://voyagerhomehealthcare.com/) provides in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado (Denver, Pueblo, and Colorado Springs). Additionally, we have two CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs. We recently opened office locations in Miami and Tucson as well.

Program Overview

Candidates hired for this position will work on the administrative side of our Parent CNA Program. This is a Colorado Medicaid program in which a parent and/or family member can be reimbursed to care for a loved one.

Duties

• Maintains a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain excellent and detailed records
• Receive patient referrals and coordinate with clinical staff
• Conduct phone assessments for incoming clients
• Work closely with Billing and Payroll to ensure the accuracy
• Adapts quickly to a changing work environment
• Is reliable, engaged, and provides feedback to improve processes and policies
• Tracking patient insurance eligibility
• Tracking orders such as physician's orders, face-to-face orders, and patient assessments
• Complete tasks as assigned by management

Hours

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
