Payroll Administrator Job at Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning

What We Are Looking For:
Someone to perform all functions of payroll on a weekly basis. Audit, analyze & calculate all commission-able sales and hourly time-sheets to ensure accurate and timely pay each week. Processing and reviewing of all wages, benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related items.
The Good Stuff:
- Pay: $20-$22 based on experience
- Schedule: Full time; Mon, Tuesday & Wednesday schedule expectations are 7am CST - 7/8pm CST. Thursday and Friday are lighter days averaging 9am CST- 3pm CST.

Job Duties:
- Audit and analyze all A/R data including commissionable sales, payments, job holds, and other items affecting employee commissions.
- Audit and review of employee hourly timesheets
- Maintain payroll system with new hires/terminations, employee information changes, wage updates, deductions, and benefits changes.
- Make changes to payroll mapping and item creation as necessary
- Calculate weekly salaries, commissions, and incentives for all employees
- Audit benefits data to ensure accuracy of coverage
- Research and review of payroll compliance as necessary
- Research and review of tax and compliance for remote employees working in different states
- Verify tax and ACA reports generated for payroll at year end and ensure all is filed timely
- Generate weekly payroll reporting to management and other ad hoc reports as necessary
- Lead payroll process improvements as assigned by management
- Must be flexible in schedule to meet fluctuating demands of payroll
- Perform other duties as necessary
We you need:
- HS/GED required
- 3+ years working in similar capacity
- Must be proficient in excel; must be familiar with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- ADP experience highly preferred
- Service Titan experience highly preferred
- Payroll certifications desired, but not necessary
- Experience processing payroll within high volume trades industry highly preferred
- Experience with different pay plans within the organization highly preferred; hourly, piece pay, commission and combination of these pay plans
- Experience processing payroll weekly for at least 300+ employees
- Customer service & team focused mindset
- The ability to be self-motivated, detail-oriented & efficient in remote working environment
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment to manage pressure & deadlines
- Must be flexible with your schedule to meet fluctuating demands of payroll - payroll processed on Wed.
