Cognizant Behavioral Health Services (CBHS), one of the leading private practices providing range of services in the field of behavioral health, is currently seeking full time or part time, PA licensed clinicians (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, and LPC) to join our well-established, busy and expanding outpatient private group practice in order to provide assessments and individual psychotherapy. This position will allow you to enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of a private practice without the risk of being isolated.

Clinicians are providing hybrid model with Teletherapy via HIPAA compliant platform and /or in person appointments if clinically necessary

CBHS has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years through excellent sources of referrals including physicians, local hospitals, and schools. Multiple referrals a day allow quick ramp up to build the desired caseload.

Psychiatric services are available on site for co-ordination of care for patients. Patient population is generally higher functioning individuals motivated to seek treatment.

Private insurances are accepted. Practice will take responsibility of getting the candidate credentialed with the insurance companies and marketing.

This is an independent contracting opportunity offering extremely competitive compensation. The clinicians will be able to rely on definite income each pay period irrespective of patients’ billing recovery/high deductible plans. Clinicians will enjoy flexibility of schedules, a beautiful and inviting office space, collegial environment, biweekly clinical meetings, excellent support staff, and user friendly EHR system. Our practice has an extremely low attrition rate of clinicians as they feel valued being part of our team.

Our practice is very conveniently located at the intersection of Rt 1 and RT 202 across from Painter’s Crossings. Easy access from Wallingford, Media, West Chester, Exton, Oxford, Kennett Square, and from Delaware State line.
