The People Experience Specialist will assist with payroll and administrative human resources functions. Including but not limited to; gathering, collecting, and maintaining records required to support the company and staff, in a consistent and confidential manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and provide Labor reporting.
- Assists with recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, transfer, and promotion
- Serves as the initial contact and liaison for Retail On-boarding and HRIS compliance.
- Initiates First Report & Follow-up for Workmen's Compensation claims.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, and employee relations skills.
Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to Human Resouces.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Professional human resource administration required with experience in employee relations preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
