Position: Speech Therapist - Home Healthcare
Pay: $110-$150 per visit
Schedule: Flexible
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA SLP License
- Drivers License
- AHA CPR certification
- At least One Year Experience in Speech-Language Pathology
Responsibilities:
- Conducts appropriate evaluations, assesses home environment (as appropriate), identifies equipment needs relative to speech/language function.
- Works with the patient, family, and following care team to cohesively planduration and frequency of visits.
- Ensures proper written clinical documentation of initial and ongoing care goals and progress.
- Administers speech therapy program utilizing specialized therapeutic technique and/or equipment.
