Looking for honest, reliable, organized, detail oriented assistant- social media savvy preferred; someone interested in managing marketing
Assist in the management and organization of the following but not limited to scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands. Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements. Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of business and residence.
Personal Assistant Requirements:
- College Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Must be good with children
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
