About Us:
The Law Office of Mark Nicholson is a small, but growing law firm in Indianapolis. We focus on criminal defense and have a particular focus on representing people accused or convicted of violent crimes or sex crimes. Our clients are often low-income and/or members of marginalized communities, and we are committed to providing them with the best possible representation.
We are looking for a personal assistant who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and able to take on all tasks with a positive attitude.
Job Description:
- Answer phone calls and schedule meetings for attorney and potential clients and clients
- Meet with potential clients and clients
- Run errands as needed such as getting supplies
- Help represent people accused or convicted of violent crimes or sex crimes in court proceedings
The Successful Applicant:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to dress to impress for court, office and business meetings
- Comfortable helping represent people accused or convicted of violent crimes or sex crimes
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
