Our team is looking for a personal assistant with at least two years of experience to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for scheduling travel arrangements, arranging meetings and reporting to the executive staff. The successful candidate will also be a creative thinker who can think on their feet, and will enjoy working with a dynamic staff in an innovative organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Be knowledgeable about company business and industry.
  • Manage company calendar.
  • Perform complex administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain extensive records.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external clients.
  • Answer and forward phone calls.
  • Provide support for special projects.
  • Be able to work with confidential corporate information.
