Location: Falls Church, VA

Seeking a Personnel Security Analyst to join the Axiom Resource Management DHA Personnel Security Team located in Falls Church, VA.

Successful Candidate will:

• Utilize the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) to review the applicant’s SF86 questionnaire for completeness.

• Review and evaluate electronic/manual fingerprint verification results. Identify derogatory information and research mitigating and/or disqualifying factors.

• Check applicant’s status daily by monitoring the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) Web Application to provide updates to contracting companies and government POCs.

• Use guidelines and regulations set forth by Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and other agencies.

• Work with Facility Security Officers (FSO) to provide answers/guidance to their questions and to update applications that require corrections and/or additional action.

• Respond to personnel security inquiries from contracting companies and Government clients.

• Perform other tasks that align with the processing and supporting of the security investigation process as it relates to the Personnel Security Team.

Requirements Include:

• 2 Years of experience in the Personnel Security functional area

• Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) regulations for Personnel Security

• Familiarity with Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS)/DISS, and DCSA Investigative products.

• Experience and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Teams is strongly desired.

• Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals of all levels

• Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship
