Job Title:
Pharmacist- Specialty Pharmacy Advisor- Remote
Location (local landmark):
Remote
Full Time, Part Time or Contract:
Contract - Nov 1st to Feb 2023. This is a short time program to support the client during peak season
Hours:
Mon-Fri, some weekends may be needed, 8 hour shifts between 7am-7pm CT

Requirements/Preferences:
Required Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Pharmacy licensed in their state
1+ years of Specialty Pharmacy experience in clinical practice setting
Experience working with evidence-based medicine related to interpretation of client’s drug policy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the following: in managed care, medical care delivery systems, utilization management, case management, disease management, quality management, product development and/or peer reviews preferred.
Proven ability to quickly gain credibility, influence, and partner with staff and the clinical community
No holiday/time off planned from Nov 1st to Feb 28th 2023
Job expectations/day in the life of the role:
inbound/outbound calls- working with patients with chronic patients (ongoing medical issues like diabetes, cancer)
