Main purpose of the Photo Studio Assistant role:
Support all Photo Studio teams, focusing particularly on Samples, Styling, and Production for Revolve, FWRD, and Superdown
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work with and support multiple photo studio teams: Samples, Styling, and Production for Revolve, FWRD, and Superdown
- Assist the Photo Studio Leadership team with various projects as needed
- Maintain an organized in-house sample closet with the ability to locate samples at all times
- Check-in, pack, and ship samples
- Generate codes and conduct preliminary data accuracy check for merchandise samples
- Process and track product samples through all Photo Studios stages and send back to vendors
- Understand multi-brand photography pipelines and ensure sample-related milestones are met
- Assist Stylists with prepping, unpacking, and steaming product for e-commerce and editorial shoots
- Prep, style, and shoot Men’s and Women’s flats for weekly email content and media placements
- Assist studio with sending back low inventory, sale inventory, monthly mini-audits and quarterly audits
- Assist Stylists on set for Men’s and Women’s e-commerce and editorial shoots as needed
- Assist Stylists with decoding styling notes and doing pulls for matching pieces
- Organize un-shot racks by brand and date received
- Fill in as E-commerce Photoshoot Producer when needed
- Assist during Model Castings
- General office duties, data entry, and reports running
- Recommend process improvements and identify problems and potential system enhancements

- Must be able to lift and move boxes over 25 lbs
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years professional work experience in-office environment, retail experience, or project management
- Proficient in Microsoft office (ability to manage spreadsheets and data)
- Proficient in Google Drive applications
- A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $37,440 per year to $37,440 per year.
