The PT Aide and Receptionist are often the first point of contact for patients arriving to our clinic for care. We are looking for individuals who:

• Are able to make meaningful relationships with our patients

• May even aspire to become a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for calling patients into the treatment from the waiting room
• Maintains clean facility throughout the day
• Able to anticipate the needs of the patient and Physical Therapist
• Washing and drying laundry, making sure towels are clean and available
• Works as a team member to make sure patient receives a positive experience
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor always
• Keeps safe and orderly work environment
• Able to answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed
• Other duties as assigned
