A full-time Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA), position is now available in our state of the art 4 star sub-acute rehab department located in Dryker Heights in Brooklyn, NY. Convenient location to mass transit. Facility has a 137 bed capacity and offers ALF, ILF and Outpatient Rehab services. Therapists will perform treatments, patient & family education, caregiver training while working with a diverse and friendly multi-disciplinary team that works well together. Must have SNF experience.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
• SNF experience.

Good Faith Rate Range
$27-34/hr
