A busy practice in Kentucky is recruiting an additional BC/BE med-ped, IM, or FP physician to join 3 physicians and 1 extender that has been serving the community for 10 years. This is a growing practice where patients are waiting 3 to 4 weeks for an appointment. The incoming physician will see all ages in the clinic 4 days a week with 1 day of office work. Call coverage is 1:4 for pediatrics and newborns only, while adults patients will be admitted by the hospitalist group.

This hospital-employed opportunity has a base salary plus wRVU production incentive and quality bonus potential.
