Summary:

We are looking for a Lead who can interpret Senior Leader Directions and act on them independently through to completion of the Task. This Employee needs to be able to chair IPTs, CFTs, and Summits attended by Senior Leaders or their representatives. They need to conduct themselves and communicate at a level commensurate with the audience and be able to maintain order and focus on a large group setting.

Qualifications:

· CISSP/CASP/CISM (Any, current and good Standing)

· Experience leading PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), ICAM (Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management) for Enterprise Scale organizations. This includes the setup and establishment of Certificate Authorities, Active Directory, and personal Certificate issuance.

· Knowledge of and Experience working with eMASS and the RMF process to achieve an ATO, specifically Knowledge of the role PKI and ICAM play for both the establishment of an ATO, Continuous Monitoring of an ATO, and Inheritance Processes for ATOs.

· Experience issuing SACOs (Staff Action Control), providing guidance, and producing Policy at the Enterprise Level

· Extensive Knowledge and Experience with Zero Trust Design Principles and thoughts on how to apply them to our needs.

· Clear and efficient communication abilities

· Ability to interact with and brief General Officers and SES up to the Secretary Level, explain previous experience at this level.

Preferences:

· Knowledge and support of COMSEC and the role of Certificates and central PKI into its success

· Knowledge of and experience with Cyber Awareness Campaigns

· Knowledge of new structures of Identity Management technologies

· Experience refactoring an entity of similar scale and complexity to accommodate zero trust elements, preferably for 100,000 Users or more.

· Candidate should have knowledge of Cloud Based systems, ideally the candidate has knowledge of Modernization and Data Mobility concepts, including multi-cloud operation and integration.

· Ideally the candidate should have experience working with Army Identity systems and have experience leading a team related to active directory.

· It would be extremely beneficial for this candidate to have both active directory and AzureAD experience.
