- Tankless
- Water filtration
- Backflow
- Boilers/hydronics
- Install/ service plumbing equipment and fixtures including but not limited to:
- Traditional hot water tanks
- Tank less water heaters
- Drains
- Work on residential retrofit and light commercial projects
- Install venting for HVAC equipment
- Quickly build a relationship with customers based on trust and rapport
- Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective
- Establish a good working relationship with all team members
- Meet and exceed individual KPIs
- Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude

- WA State Licensed Journey Level PL01 or WA State Residential Plumbing License PL02 required
- Ability to lift up-to 75 pounds
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Pre-employment drug screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
