Major Drain is currently looking to add to our Team. We are looking for Journeyman Plumbers and offering a $10k hiring bonus. With a primary focus on service, our business was built to withstand recession. We are not a team of salesman. At Major Drain we do not strive to reinvent the wheel. Our approach is to provide a quality service at an affordable price. About us – Major Drain was founded in June of 2012. It was started with the understanding that there was a need for an affordable plumbing company with old school morals and values. With so many companies taking the corporate approach that focuses on numbers and not on the people, we knew that the market had a large hole in it. We saw the large companies becoming salesman as opposed to being plumbers and using shady sales tactics to drive up ticket prices. We also saw the local mom and pop shops that were content with being 1 or 2 man shops. That left an opening in the middle for an affordable priced alternative option with the man power to service a wide variety of service calls. In 8 years we have grown to 15 employees and are currently looking to do a massive expansion. Our call volume has steadily increased without the need for additional advertising.

We are currently looking for at least 4 licensed journeyman plumbers to join our team.

Qualifications for all the position includes

• A valid drivers license

• An unwavering pride for your work

• The ability to accept training to grow your skill set

• A team mentality

• Ability to pass a drug/alcohol test

• A valid Omaha plumbing license

• An understanding of various local plumbing codes

• Quality customer service skills (our customers are our future)

• The ability to accurately bid your job including pricing, isolation drawings, and note taking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000 - $93,000.00 per year
