About This Position
Supervise daily Plumbing Service functions and oversee plumbing emergency calls, bid jobs and day-to-day service calls. Accomplishes supervisory objectives by selecting, orienting, training, coaching, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. This position manages team members within plumbing services to ensure quality work is being executed. Fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning for potential growth within the plumbing services; implementing productivity, quality and ensuring customer-service standards are being met.
