We are currently looking for nighttime Back of House leaders with closing availability (shift starting between 2pm-5pm through closing). We are looking for both full and part time leaders. Requirements:

• Learn & describe Chick-fil-A menu items
• Communicate well with Team Members and guests
• Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
• Take initiative and positively contribute to the work environment
• Prepare all product according to Chick-fil-A standards to ensure consistent experiences for guests
• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards in food preparation areas
• Perform in various positions and complete different tasks throughout the Back of House on a daily basis
• Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions

• Stand while working: Constantly
• Lift / carry < 10 lbs: Constantly
• Lift / carry 11-20 lbs: Constantly
• Lift / carry 21-50 lbs: Occasionally

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
