PM Shift Supervisor (office coordinator) Job at Township Building Services, Inc.
We are looking for an Office Coordinator to help us with daily office and clerical tasks٫ ensuring that the office operations run smoothly٫ are successful in supporting other business activities and add maximum value to the organization.
You should be organized٫ competent and comfortable dealing with people. We also expect you to possess phenomenal communication skills and be able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
- Perform various clerical tasks as needed (file papers, send emails as necessary, etc.)
- Answer phones and route calls to appropriate persons
- Notify and remind all parties of upcoming events, changes and duties
- Maintain an organized work space at all times
- Clean and tidy public office spaces
- Train and assign tasks to new office clerks or interns
- Report any updates or pertinent issues that need addressing to the office manager
- Supervise rooms as needed and pm staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newport Coast, CA 92657: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Housekeeping supervision: 2 years (Preferred)
