JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by providing exceptional customer service at our hotel's pool area.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests at the pool area, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Efficiently check-in guests, ensuring accurate recording of guest information and proper usage of amenities
- Provide guests with towels, sunblock, water, and other pool-related supplies as requested
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Assist with setting up and arranging poolside furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
