Pool Attendant

We are currently hiring for pool attendants to work at our outdoor pool facility. This is a seasonal position that requires full-time availability for the summer months (May-August).

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position. Experience in private clubs a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude!

WORK SCHEDULE

Shifts vary, but applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings,, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet members and check in pool passes.
• Ensure pool equipment is available and in working order.
• Assist in setting up umbrellas, chaise lounges, and other pool furniture.
• Maintain the pool area and remove trash.
• Attend all staff meetings
• Communicate with managers and other staff about any issue that arise
• Help maintain daily operations of the pool – managing the swimming pool schedule and performing daily inspections.
• Ensure that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.

COMPENSATION

• $18/hour
