Good Day Farm is growing fast! We are looking for additional team members to join the Post-Harvest Department in the areas of: Denug and Trim. The candidates will be a part of a qualified team of individuals who are passionate about the Cannabis Industry.

Essential Functions for all roles:

• Attention to detail
• Steady hands
• Good with scissors
• Ability to meet daily and/or weekly production goals
• Ability to work in a very fast paced work environment
• Ability to work a consistent schedule

Denug: Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 7am to 6pm

Trim: Ability to work either Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday from 7am to 6pm

New hires typically start in Denug and can work up to trim with experience and on-the-job training. If you have hand trim experience you may move directly to hand trim area.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain an Missouri Agent License to work in the facility
• Ability to sit and bend for extended periods of time
• Great manual dexterity
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work with a team and have a sense of urgency
• Detailed oriented mind set with a focus on efficiency and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of the Cannabis industry
