Job Description
Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a pre closer for real-estate transactions in our corporate office in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate with be warm, energetic, friendly, self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized. This a full-time position offering health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and access to 401K.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Sending out and tracking receipt of buyer and seller information sheets
- Ordering HOA & payoff information
- Communication with parties regarding closing and scheduling
- Assist with post-closing duties/scanning/recording
- Ordering title commitments
- Helping out with other duties as needed
Experience is preferred and hourly compensation is based off of experience.
