Precon Manager Opening with 75+ year Commercial GC!
We are a proud and family-owned commercial General Contractor headquartered in Nashville, TN. Due to our long-lasting relationships in the area majority of our work is with Repeat Clients, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial/Hospitality Construction. Project Types:
- Commercial / Industrial / Hospitality
- Majority Ground-up New Construction
- Size; $20M / $100M+

Required Experience:
- 4+ years of Precon/Estimating Experience
- Software Experience (Sage/Autodesk/Onscreen Takeoff)
- Comfortable meeting with clients & assisting new project meetings
- MUST have worked for a GC or Developer

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
