Prepper/Scanner - Medical Records
Location: Archbold Medical Center · MEDICAL RECORDS
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, Tu-Sat, 10a-6:30p
Description:
Prepare charts for scanning
Follows up on all scanned records for accuracy, timeliness and quality
Cross train in other related areas of the prepping and scanning department to include quality assurance of dictation/transcription
Prepping and scanning of all charts
Perform job duties promptly, professionally and responsibly
Experience/ Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Prefer one year experience in healthcare or Health Information Management Department
