Morning Pre-K Lead Teacher

We are currently looking to hire a part-time Morning Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our Fantasy Dance family to lead our Morning "Pre-K" Program during Monday through Friday mornings - (Full and Part-Time Positions offered to potential faculty depend on experience and skill level, interest in teaching multiple genres, age levels, and availability).

Fantasy Dance School, located in Mountain View, is looking for highly motivated educators willing to invest in our students for the 2022-2023 season. With more than 20 years of experience, Fantasy Dance School delivers well-rounded education for young movers ages 3 and up.

• With our focus on children, we are the only educational center that offers a variety of dance styles, gymnastics, TNT program, Judo, art, Morning Pre-K Program, after school program, entertaining math, chess, choir, and more in one place.
• Our Annual Program runs parallel to the school year and concludes in a professional showcase while also holding and attending recitals, competitions, and community performances year-round.
• Over the summer and during holiday breaks, we provide countless other options: Week-long camps, workshops and intensives for the young advanced dancer, and drop-in guest faculty classes.

This Position:
Job Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (or currently in school to obtain one)
• Have at least 1-3 years of teaching experience
• Availability across Monday-Friday mornings, as teaching hours range
• Willing to commit to a 9-month contract (September-June)
• Willing to attend staff meetings, meet with colleagues regarding best teaching practices, and department meetings (all paid time)
• Consider co-teaching as a potential tool for successful onboarding at our school
