Pay: $16.50 + 10%-15% shift differential

The Presentation Associate is a member of the on-site Williams Lea team delivering exceptional customer service at our client locations. Responsibilities include PowerPoint presentation creation, extensive graphing and charting in Excel, and general desktop publishing duties.
Job duties
(* denotes an “essential function”)
- Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
- Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation work
- Thoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle
- Perform work in presentation design, including, but not limited to creating pitch books and materials, creating, editing, and error correcting multiple document types to support the client’s brand; intake and workflow coordination functions, as needed
- Use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests to client satisfaction
- Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions
- Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concerns
- Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients
- Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
- Help to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client
- Perform Quality Assurance on own work and/or work of others, as requested
- Adhere to Williams Lea policies, in addition to client policies
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a presentation production environment.
- Expert level knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint and charting in Excel. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
- Typing skills of at least 55 wpm with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
