HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR IN WEST CHICAGO, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Press Brake Operator to join our client in West Chicago, IL. This individual will be responsible for performing machine set-ups, adjusting and loading tooling, and making changes at the controls for parts as required for specifications set forth in blueprints, drawings, and engineering orders. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $23 to $27/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• 2nd shift schedule, 4:30 pm to 1 am
• Located in West Chicago, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operates Computer Numerical Control (CNC) on respective AMADA brand equipment
• Performs machine set-ups, adjusting and loading tooling, and making changes at the controls for parts as required for specifications set forth in blueprints, drawings, engineering orders, etc.
• Check parts for conformance to prescribed tolerances
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and/or materials to Supervisor or Quality Control Specialist (QC)
• Setup and operate machines, independently with limited supervision
• Ensure the work area is kept clean and free from hazards

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Cad or drafting experience a plus
• Must have Press Brake Experience (1-2 years minimum experience) (Amada experience preferred)
• Experience with Amada HDS, HG Press Brakes or Cincinnati Press Brakes a plus
• Must be able to work at fast pace, follow instructions and be self-motivated
