Community Concierge Services is a commercial multifamily maintenance company that covers the Southeastern part of the United States and Texas. As we expand we are looking to bring on additional team members for the following positions: Team Lead and Entry Level Technician.

This job is based in Charlotte, NC but frequent travel.

Team Lead: This position requires experience in commercial/multifamily pressure washing and/or dryer vent cleaning. To qualify for a team lead you must understand all fundamentals of commercial pressure washing including driving/backing flatbeds and trailers, soft wash process, surface cleaning, etc on the pressure washing side and multi unit dryer vent cleaning process on the dryer vent cleaning side.

Entry Level Technician: This position does not require experience. Just a willingness to be coachable and handle the physical aspects of the job. We will teach you everything you need to know and set you up for success to begin your path to being a team lead.

Must haves:

• Clean driving record and valid drivers license
• A "can do" attitude and willingness to be coachable
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
• Ability to travel - sometimes for an extended period of time. When traveling CCS always pays per diems, lodging and all travel arrangements.
• Ability to communicate well and work with small teams on various jobs
• Smart phone with data plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
