Our Pretzel Packagers help us to provide high quality breads, bagels, and pretzels to major customers across Central Florida. If you possess these skills and attributes, New York International Bread Co. wants YOU as part of our team!

New York International Bread Co. is a high-volume Bakery located in Orlando, FL. Founded in 1985, the company has expanded and acquired new business year after year and is constantly looking to grow and expand our team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Working as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Packaging pretzels in bags for delivery to client.
• Repetitiously performing all required tasks.
• Standing for long hours at a time.
• Working quickly and efficiently to prevent backup.
• Discarding irregular product and reporting irregularities to decrease the amount of waste.
• Know how many of each type of product belong in a bag.
• Sort product into machine to be bagged.
• Placing bagged products into crates and then moving to the truck loading area.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at your workstation and area.
• Arriving on time for your scheduled shifts.
• Follow all COVID-19 regulations and guidelines.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Can communicate satisfactorily in English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.

Qualifications:

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
• Applicant must pass a drug test during the pre-employment process.

Shifts are 4 -5 hours long depending on the amount of product produced each particular day. Shifts start at 7:30am and normally finish between 11:30am and 12:30pm, but may occasionally last as late as 2:00pm.
