Overview:
Our Pricing Specialist coordinates the pricing across our business, and provides administrative support to the Merchandise Planning teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Core Accountabilities:
  • Coordinates timelines and deliverables for impacting price changes by channel
  • Accurately builds all necessary price load templates to support RPM system loads
  • Coordinates workflow across all involved teams in order to execute price changes
  • System troubleshooting to identify price errors and work with necessary support teams to correct in an efficient and timely manner
  • Regular proofing of Digital support interfaces to ensure accuracy of price loads reflected on line
  • Supports additional Price related special projects that will drive profitability for the organization
  • Cross trained on Injector/Price Management system to be available as backup support
  • Support special projects/initiatives thru data analytics and necessary report build templates.
  • Supports Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly analytics and Post feedback on the business as it relates to Pricing and Marketing initiatives
  • Support the business with Weekly reporting and data set up tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Education/Experience Required:
  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a Merchandise Planning, specialty retailer preferred
  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Able to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
  • The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As an International Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Requirements & EEO Statement: The salary range for this position is $24 - $28 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
