Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for a Practice Supervisor to join a mission-driven healthcare team. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for each individual that walks through our doors.

The Practice Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the practice and performing a variety of administrative functions related to the practice operations.

Work Hours/Shift:

• Day Shift. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

You Will Be Responsible For :

• Excellent Communicator : Responsible for customer service and productivity standards within the assigned practices. Ensures that the Manager, Operations Physician Practices is informed of issues in a timely fashion.
• Active Teamwork : Collaborates with the Manager, Operations Physician Practices in all hiring decisions and employee performance management.
• Work Efficiency: Coordinates staff within assigned practices to ensure proper coverage for quality patient care along with monitoring attendance for all practice employees

Requirements :

• Education : High school diploma and eight (8) years healthcare experience, or Associates' in a healthcare field and five (5) years' experience, or a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' of healthcare experience.
• Experience in an outpatient office environment preferred; one (1+) year supervisory/managerial experience is preferred. Proven experience in all aspects of a medical/healthcare practice.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Demonstrated ability in leadership and managing a team.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organization and communication skills required.
• Results oriented with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to improve quality and productivity by identifying improvement opportunities in the practice.
