Serve as the key player supporting the Accounting organization of our Norcross, GA location. This role will oversee the daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting responsibilities for this location. This role will also help to create standardized processes, efficiencies, and drive scale across the business.

Responsibility Statement: Manages performance of a team of experienced professionals and managers through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team. This role is an 80% accounting and 20% Finance function based.

Serve as the key player supporting the Accounting organization of our Norcross, GA location. This role will oversee the daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting responsibilities for this location. This role will also help to create standardized processes, efficiencies, and drive scale across the business.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining fundamental knowledge of U.S. GAAP including the accounting for certain working capital balances, long lived assets, and long term liabilities
- Work with Accounting team to prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with established closing timeline
- Prepare and/or review of certain GL account work including but not limited to journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions and other process documentation
- Reconcile and/or review balance sheet accounts monthly to validate accurate reporting
- Support ERP or other financial statement related system conversions
- Prepare and/or review of revenue transactions and coordinate where necessary with our Corporate Technical Accounting team
- Act as the primary interface for financial statement auditors with respect to our Norcross, GA location
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
- Form and maintain relationships across internal departments and business unit

- Onsite: Peachtree Corners, or Norcross, GA
- Hybrid: Onsite Monday, Tuesday & Thursday and WFH Wednesday & Friday (based on business needs)
- Remote: 100% WFH is not an option based on department culture and needs of the business
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Financial Close and Reporting
- Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) (Preferred but not an absolute)
- Supervisory
- GAAP, SEC and PCAOB
- Strong written and verbal communication
- CPA preferred
