- 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. - 2/12's on alternating weekends
- Premium pay - $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
- Patient Location - West of Antioch TN/East of I-65/South of Old Hickory Blvd
- Additional Assistance at Home Provided
- Office Location - Nashville TN - 4 miles west of airport
HomeFirst Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in state of Tennessee. We are looking to hire a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse. As a Private Duty LPN, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting

Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current state license
- One (1) year nursing experience
- Skilled nursing, assisted living, home health or private duty experience a plus
