Shredfast, Inc is hiring for a full-time Process Control Coordinator. This position is available at our Manufacturing facility located in Airway Heights, WA. The Process Control Coordinator will work directly with production/department leads. This position will help to improve employee comprehension of processes utilizing documentation and visual graphics. Update and refresh older process documents and work with shop management to create new process documentation. When adhered to these standarized procedures streamline production for timely completion of our product, making best use of raw goods, materials & tools while maintaining a quality build for our valued customer.

Job Responsibilities:

The essential functions of the position include but are not limited to the following:

· Document industrial standards and safety procedures by department and by task to ensure standard operations are met as well as quality maintained

· Shadow staff to document detailed steps as product moves through their department, discuss processes and how standards are being maintained throughout their area of production

· Maintain a digital file library of updated department manuals which describes step-by-step instruction on standardized manufacture/assembly of products

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Outlook & Word
• Excellent grammar, punctuation & spelling, proficient in English
• Attention to composition of photos and text to create user friendly guides
• Basic tool & machinery identification

Physical Requirements:

To meet all expectations of this position while performing the duties of this job, the team member would regularly be required to talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand (sometimes for extended periods); walk; reach with hands and arms. Regularly sit, bend, stoop. The team member may be required to occasionally climb ladders.

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Friday / 7:00am – 3:30pm (non-exempt) for Full-Time position
