Job Description:
Title: Process Improvement Specialist
Location: Remote - US Only
Level: Professional Contributor
Process Improvement Specialist – Retirement Solutions Division Role Overview
Assists in ID and profile management for application access, including troubleshooting. Leads small-scope projects/initiatives involving AWD workflow updates and data security. Facilitates cross-functional teamwork to achieve continuous improvement objectives. Responsible for late date trade and participants contact journal monitoring, division liaison on privacy incident reporting, business continuity planning, and assisting with internal/external audit data gathering. Complies, tracks improvement project data, and reports on status.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Demonstrated ability to think both critically and analytically with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Utilize creativity to find effective solutions to unique or complex problems
  • Analyze, anticipate, and recommend innovative improvement solutions
  • Support through research and outreach when needed to effectively complete tasks
  • Capable of working independently
What it Takes:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience or Master’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving critical thinking skills; ability to analyze data and take action
  • Career oriented, highly motivated, and self-starting individual
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Efficient time management with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs
