Weyerhaeuser’s Snow Peak operation, based out of Lebanon, OR has an opening for a Processor Operator. We are seeking individuals who desire to work safely in a market-focused logging environment.

This is a full-time hourly position. Hourly employees at this operation are represented by the IAM-AW Union. Benefits (in accordance with the current Labor Agreement) include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k plans, vacation, and holidays. Base rate of pay is $34.58 per hour.

Key Functions:

• Safely and competently operate hydraulic equipment with tree clamps and booms to lift, swing, and bunch sheared trees to process stems on and off road over various forest slopes, soils, and landscapes.
• Grade logs according to characteristics such as knot size and straightness, and sort according to established company quality standards.
• Quickly respond to different bucking specifications as markets change.
• Competent, qualified, and able to work independently and/or as a team member fulfilling other tasks as directed.
• The candidate is required to perform, support, and assist on equipment inspections, preventative maintenance procedures, and record keeping as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Two years of experience operating a processor
