Job Description:
This job posting is for a Logistics Clerk to support supply chain operations in North America for the Automotive Refinish market and one or more business units within the Client organization.
The position requires a minimum of a high school education or equivalent, experience with Microsoft Office applications and computers/printers, strong business writing and oral communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work independently and multitask with attention to detail and personal integrity.
The position also requires strong math skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to execute/implement projects.
Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
The core responsibilities include processing and scheduling customer outbound delivery orders, monitoring the Expected Shipment Queue within SAP
updating carrier Driver and Pro# information for all outbound shipments, tracking and reporting daily shipment activity, filing and maintaining customer shipping documentation, actively participating in daily team meetings
completing all required safety and legal training, and monitoring and routing any incoming calls to the facility.
The position does not allow for virtual/remote work and is onshore only. The labor category is Procurement/Supply Chain
