What will you do?

Transfinder, a leading software provider for Transportation Management Systems, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Product Owner to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with the development teams, Scrum Masters, UI/UX Designers and internal stakeholders. The Product
Owner will be responsible for gathering requirements and working with the UI/UX Designers to design new features and products. They will prioritize items within the backlog, sprints and releases and participate in refinement, planning and review meetings with the Development teams.

• Promote an atmosphere that encourages collaboration, optimism and dedication
• Conduct requirements gathering
• Rapid prototyping of design solutions for our current and future product line (web, and mobile applications)
• Write and maintain specifications for developer consumption
• Lead the effort of story decomposition and prioritization
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning and sprint retrospective meetings
• Present work in a group setting
• Drive the pace of development projects

Must have experience.

• Detail oriented, highly motivated and self-directed
• Ability to present complex designs across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Responsive to feedback
• Experience working directly with Development teams
• Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or BA
• Experience in Product development and roadmap, writing user stories, backlog

management and prioritization and release management.
